Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Training

The FDA requires a Certified Food Protection Manager certification for at least 1 person per food establishment (temporary & retail establishments are exempt). The course and test can be completed online or students may order a study book, study on their own without taking a course, and have their test proctored online or in-person at the health department. The cost for in-person proctoring is $50 when you purchase the book and exam on your own.
